Day two of two in May 2022: It was the first time I wore this new scuba dress out and about. What a fun dress to wear, but it is unforgiving if you don’t have the figure for it - and you don't know the tricks 😀😅😆. Underneath also a matching 4-piece set of fine silken Italian lingerie 😉😉😉.
Franziska spent the day wandering around the city center of Frankfurt, enjoying the fair May weather. After an early dinner, she headed to the "Karmeliterkloster," somewhere between the banks of the financial district and the bank of the river Main (hence the city's nickname "Mainhattan"). The "Karmeliterkloster" is a medieval abbey, formerly used by the Order of the Carmelites, which had been founded in Palestine in the 12th century. Nowadays, the abbey houses the museum of municipal history of the City of Frankfurt and its “Refektorium” is used for concerts with an audience of maybe 100 guests. That evening, Franziska enjoyed a program called "The lord has risen" of the "Main Barock Orchestra Frankfurt" and toured the museum during intermission. “Barockmusik berührt, erregt das Gemüt, streichelt die Seele und verführt in klangliche Welten voller Schönheit, Leid und Leidenschaft.” (Baroque music touches, excites the mind, caresses the soul and seduces into tonal worlds full of beauty, suffering, and passion), is what they write on their website. Correct! I fully agree.
Portrait of the day. You'll probably agree that the wig need urgent styling. I also decided to have it trimmed a bit to give Franziska a more fashionable appearance.
Outfit of the day.
Posing at the “Römer” again – with her new possessions.
Early dinner.
And once more, a visit to the wine bar. “How nice to see you again!” the charming young waiter said, who took this picture and who had also taken a picture two weeks earlier, which you find in the previous posting.
See, I told you to mention underwear in the title of your posts. Now you will get twice as many people viewing your blog. Lol . That sounds like another nice day out. Sue x
ReplyDeleteDear Sue, I'll report on the finale score. Interestingly, my top scorer so far was one of the previous "Next steps" posts, followed by "Crossdressing in winter" and "Young Frankenstein". Franzi
