Weekend trip crossdressed: The jumpsuit story

After arrival in Cologne and a first Kölsch (or two), Franziska checked in at that small hotel in the center of Cologne's historic district and started unpacking her suitcase. Afterwards, she changed into the evening outfit. This was the first time for this colorful and silky jumpsuit to be worn out.  This  j umpsuit is not what to wear if you want to go unnoticed. When it came to the question, which shoes to wear with it, I was stuck. I brought a pair of white flat sandals that you will be seeing in the next posting with a short summer dress and a pair of light pink sandals with a 7-8 cm heel. As you know, I love sexy and feminine looks, but I also do not want to stick out like sore thumb that screams CROSSDRESSER! After what felt like an eternity of trying both options in front of a mirror, I decided to go with the heels 😁 . I had made reservations at a Mediterranean restaurant in a section of town some 5-6 km away, but I had some spare time. I walked around the historic distric

Weekend trip crossdressed: En route to Cologne – Part II

At Frankfurt central station, heading for a fun-filled weekend trip en femme,  for the third time within 12 months. Pure bliss: sitting on a populated public train, dressed en femme, wearing a mini skirt, pressing my 5-Denier nylon-clad legs together, unable to run away, nowhere to hide, reading the article "Mini skirt at any age" in a women’s fashion magazine. Cologne central is a very busy and very large station, but, contrary to central stations in many other German cities (such as Frankfurt), it is right smack in the center of town, next to this large Gothic cathedral called "Hohe Domkirche Sankt Petrus" ("Cathedral Church of Saint Peter") or in everyday language “Kölner Dom.” Do you remember the reasons why I love Cologne? One of them is Kölsch. Kölsch is a top-fermented, local beer, brewed – by definition – only in Köln (Cologne), by registered and licensed Kölsch breweries. It has 4.8% alcohol and an original gravity of 11.3%, it is light and easily

Weekend trip crossdressed: En route to Cologne – Part I

Weekend trips en femme are great fun. I have written before about the many reasons that lead me to this conclusion. This time, Franzi travelled to the great city of Cologne in mid-June 2023. This trip was short, both in duration and in distance. A short-notice change in plans at home forced Franzi to cut the trip short by one day and to travel back home in drab early Sunday morning. But Cologne is only a mere 70-minute ICE high-speed train ride from Frankfurt central station. As for preparations, my wife had booked a room at a small hotel in the heart of the city for me, I purchased first-class train tickets well in advance (at a discount price), and I bought a ticket for “Moulin Rouge – the musical” at the Musical Dome. On that musical ticket, I splurged, with a great seat and with access to the VIP lounge before the show and at intermission. As there are many great pictures from this weekend trip that I would like to share with you here on Franzi’s blog and as I don’t want each posti

Next steps!

Those crossdressers amongst you who go out en femme regularly – like me – how often do you have a chance to do that? For me, that is about once per month. If I manage to have 12-15 full days out and about, it is a great year in terms of crossdressing. There are many reasons for which I do not manage to take these precious days out of my regular agenda, such as: a full life as a man and husband, a demanding corporate job, private responsibilities, such as organizing or fixing things, many other interests, shared and pursued together with my wife, such as travelling/vacationing, active sports, visiting friends, being visited by friends, visiting wine festivals, going to museums, etc. … Writing out this list, I now wonder how I find time at all to let Franziska off the leash.   The year 2023 was one of those years where it seemed very difficult to set aside Franzi-time. A weekend trip to Cologne in mid-June was Franzi’s first chance in the year at all to resurface. But it was a great trip
