Reminiscence of and feature on Franzi’s travels, including a brand new “Franzi&Franzi”

My last posting concluded my account on Franzi’s July 2024 weekend trip crossdressed to Düsseldorf. It was Franzi’s fourth such trip within the last two years. There were quite a number of comments posted on my contributions, which I am always very grateful for. In parallel, I have run a series of 9 pictures entitled “Relishing the countless joys of travelling en femme” on CDH, to which you can find a link in my “Blogs that I follow.” If you are interested in the many great comments received there, please check them out. They are all publicly accessible, as well as all others of my public profile pictures.   Franzi&Franzi #6 Incidentally, I went to Düsseldorf on business (in drab, of course) a few weeks after my weekend trip crossdressed. And as I was taking the train, I of course paid a visit to that very pub, featured in my last posting, to have an “Altbier” and to take the picture on the right below. Unfortunately, I could not pick the exact same angle, as in the picture on ...

Next Steps!

With the new year, we are moving into the second half of 2024 in terms of Franziska’s days out and about. And this second half of the year started with a wonderful weekend trip en femme to the city of Düsseldorf. As with the previous three trips to Stuttgart , Munich , and Cologne , Franziska left home en femme with a suitcase full of exclusively femme outfits. The coming 9 postings will provide you with the full picture (no pun intended), all outfits, and all activities of this wonderful femme experience. Stay tuned, we’ll get started soon. “Franzi & Franzi” (#5) I keep a separate small collection of pictures, showing Franzi at specific places, be it touristic highlights in the city of Frankfurt or some of her regular hangouts. And if occasion arises, I will take the matching picture of Franzi’s male alter ego at that very place. And occasionally, I will post one of these sets. You can find them under the label “Franzi&Franzi” So here is a recent one at a small local Itali...

Next Steps!

In my posting “Practice makes the mistress” from 22.11.2023, I told you that I had received a new professional challenge in 2015, which lead to the fact that I spent the week elsewhere, while being at home on the weekends only. This situation allowed for regular shorter outings in the evening during the week, some of them as short as an hour or two.   In the upcoming postings, I will provide some picture from this period, in which my skills and my self-confidence grew significantly. We’ll work our way backwards in time, starting in June 2018. “Franzi & Franzi” (#4) We’ll start with a “Franzi & Franzi” from this period. The two pictures were taken within a few weeks. As you can see, I had ordered the same appetizer – a grilled slice of cucumber, goat cheese, and tomatoes, even though it looks a little different – in both visits to this very nice restaurant in walking distance to my apartment.

Next steps!

Those crossdressers amongst you who go out en femme regularly – like me – how often do you have a chance to do that? For me, that is about once per month. If I manage to have 12-15 full days out and about, it is a great year in terms of crossdressing. There are many reasons for which I do not manage to take these precious days out of my regular agenda, such as: a full life as a man and husband, a demanding corporate job, private responsibilities, such as organizing or fixing things, many other interests, shared and pursued together with my wife, such as travelling/vacationing, active sports, visiting friends, being visited by friends, visiting wine festivals, going to museums, etc. … Writing out this list, I now wonder how I find time at all to let Franziska off the leash.   The year 2023 was one of those years where it seemed very difficult to set aside Franzi-time. A weekend trip to Cologne in mid-June was Franzi’s first chance in the year at all to resurface. But it was a great ...

Next steps!

On January 20 th , 2023, a posting called “Next steps!” announced that it was time to move into 2022. And into 2022 we moved! I published 24 postings on Franziska’s 16 days out and about in the year 2022, including two fantastic weekend trips. In the coming weeks, I’ll be dipping into the archives a bit and report on the second half of the year 2018, before we move to Franzi's days out and about in 2023. Given the fact that it’s been five years since these outings, my memory on those is growing thin and I will likely focus on pictures. …. I know you all love pictures! …. And these pictures might help me to recall what has happened and how the outing felt. “Franzi & Franzi” (#2) In order to not let this posting go without a picture, I selected another “Franzi & Franzi” for you. These two  pictures were taken in the summer of 2023 and show Franziska and her alter ego at one of the wine hot spots in Frankfurt’s “New Old Town.” You might also recognize that the picture on the r...

Anniversary post - celebrating one year “Franziska out and about”

To this day, it is exactly one year that I started this blog. And – if you have read my blog from the beginning on – it is not just that I started  this  blog, no, it was the start to my “blogging career” at large, as the thought of blogging had never crossed  my  mind before. My profile picture However, conviction grew with me in the course of 2022 that my - mostly very enjoyable - experiences of venturing out en femme into the real world should to be shared. It is also a lot of fun to select pictures for Franziska’s blog and to recollect what has happened during the outings. I t is also a lot of work and can be time-consuming at times to maintain a somewhat flourishing blog. I also keep an eye on blog statistics and am happy to share some of these with you today. Year one blog statistics # of postings: 58 (more than one per week) # of clicks overall: 24.170 (I am very happy with that number) # of comments (including my replies): 171 (more would be great, as I ...
