Weekend trip crossdressed – Keep your heels, your head, and your cocktails high (AI)

Outfit number two was Franzi’s lightweight turquoise-color dress with dolman sleeves, another regular dress from previous outings, here combined with beige ankle boots.

Portrait of the evening

Interestingly, in the picture below, the color of the dress appears more like azure blue than a turquoise dark cyan.

In the hotel’s transition chamber, going from preparation to performance 😀.

To the city center of Hamburg, it was just a 10-minute walk. With some time to kill before my reservation at a Thai restaurant a mere 200 meters further, and well provided with a ferocious thirst, this local brewery provided for a suitable solution to both problems.

You might have experienced yourself what Microsoft Copilot knew to share with me about Thai restaurants and cocktails, namely that they "offer an extensive cocktail selection because it highlights the diversity and freshness of their cuisine, fosters a convivial atmosphere, meets international expectations, and creatively utilizes local spirits. The cocktails are not just accompaniments to the meal, but an experience in themselves." Far-out!

Anyway, that cocktail went well with the soup of red curry, tofu, coconut milk, lemongrass, and seasonal vegetables.

I have learned from my past mishaps of not being able to share with you what exactly Franzi ate and now try to remember to take a photograph of the respective menu page. Hence, this is: salmon with teriyaki sesame sauce, accompanied by wild broccoli, carrots and edamame, refined with ginger and spring onions, and served with fragrant purple wild rice (in a separate bowl) 😁.

While soup and main course were real highlights, the desert “Mango Tiramisu,” made with mango, mango puree, mascarpone, rum, pistachio-crunch, and berries, was not. But hey, two out of three is more than life tends to hand to you otherwise, unless your name is Gladstone Gander.

Yours truly culinary crossdresser, Franziska.

Some cocktail bars are very obvious, very visible, very well known. They have large open doors, you might be able to enter without anybody noticing, and you might need to wait for service - or fight for it.

But I love those cocktail bars which are not, those which you hear and read about, those, the address of which you need to know, in order to find them, those, where you need to ring a doorbell, where a body-builder-looking kind of guy in a dark suit opens the door, sizes you up, and - within a split second - decides if or if not you fit the crowd they want in their bar. It is one of these ultimate tests to your transformation skills. Once inside, someone assigns a seat or spot at the bar to you and makes sure you are served most immediately. I love those type of places.

And my most favorite cocktail: Mai Tai

And then it was time to head back to the hotel, unfortunately. While I would have loved to hang out at this place a little longer, simply to watch people, I didn’t want to ruin the next day. While you might have seen a picture of the outfits Franzi had selected for the next day, I knew already how they would feel to wear and what the plan for the day was. Pure excitement!
