Weekend trip crossdressed – Having fun flaunting legs

As I had said in my previous posting, it is a tough decision to either continue with the evening and outfit or to be wise, to go back to the hotel on time, to not have a nightcap at the hotel bar, and to be fresh and fit the next morning for yet another day of crossdressing fun and yet another great outfit.

I had been smiling all evening long already over the plan and program for Saturday and the two great outfits I had selected. For the visit at Hamburger Kunsthalle, sightseeing, and lunch, I had selected a sexy outfit, consisting of a sleeveless top, black faux leather short, dotted nylons, black boots, and my new black winter coat. It feels safe to wear during the day, but would feel awkward in the evening, if you know what I mean. I had mentioned in an earlier posting that I think it looks really hot if the outfit (shorts, skirt, dress) is shorter than the coat, hence that only slender hosed legs stick out from under the coat. I do not know why, it just hits me as sexy.

I've split up this day into two posting, the first reporting on the day itself, with departure from the hotel, lunch, after the visit to the museum Hamburger Kunsthalle, and some sightseeing. The second posting will focus on the visit to Hamburger Kunsthalle, exclusively.

And here’s the outfit: Boots, nylons, shorts, and top

Boots, nylons, (shorts), (top), (leather jacket), and winter coat. Sexy, don’t you agree?

It was a clear and sunny day, starting at a mere 7°C, as the display in the subway station knew to tell me.

Let me give you some orientation in the map below, as to where Franzi spent her weekend in Hamburg: The hotel was centrally located, such that I was able to do everything by foot or subway. Restaurant and bar on Thursday were in walking distance from the hotel. Shopping on Friday was to the right and to the top of City Hall.

On Saturday morning, Franzi took the subway to Hamburger Kunsthalle (next to Sankt Georg). The lunch location on “Außenalster” (the larger of the two lakes, top right) was a wonderful walk away along the shore. On the way up, I took the picture of “Jungfernsteg,” the shore across “Binnenalster,” (the smaller of the two lakes), as given in the map below.

The program on Saturday evening lead Franzi to St. Pauli, a 25-minute walk from the hotel, crossing the park “Große Wallanlagen” to see a play at “Schmids Tivoli.”

“Jungfernstieg,” looking south-west across “Binnenalster” and its fountain in the middle. It originally was a dam, built in 1235 to dam the river “Alster” and to operate a mill.

Another landmark on the way to lunch is Hotel Atlantic, where Udo Lindenberg lived for many years. Udo is one of Germany’s most famous and influential rock musicians [cf. en.wikipedia.org]. Born in 1946, Udo was a pioneer of German‑language rock music. In the early 1970s, when most rock was either English‑language or politically niche, he proved that rock with everyday German lyrics could be both artistically serious and massively popular. His works made him a defining voice of post‑war German pop culture. Instantly recognizable for his hat, sunglasses, raspy voice, and laid‑back “Panikrocker” persona, he is also known for advocating peace, freedom, and tolerance. Unfortunately, he was not available for a photo with Franzi. I am very sure he would have liked her, though, the old philanderer.

I had a different vision in my head of the stylish seafood restaurant, where I had made a reservation for lunch. I pictured a posh villa on the shore of “Außenalster,” where I would lounge for hours, drink Champagne, and show off my legs and outfit. Instead, it was more of a shack with a floating deck, and their inside was closed due to a lack of personnel (a common phenomenon in recent years, it seems).

Anyway, as I am known to be flexible, I took some outdoor seating.

Oysters! Another picture for the “Franzi eating oysters” collection. I love them: served on ice, salty, with a squeeze of lime and/or a drop of tabasco, and/or some finely chopped pink onions. Unfortunately, their Champagne was out. What a faux pas !!! Can you believe it? There I was, at the seafood capitol of Germany, eating oysters, and I had to make do with an ordinary Crémant.

Salad, and a very tasty one, with pomegranate arils.

And the main course.

Salmon teriyaki with wild broccoli, sweet potato mousse, and grilled lemon. Yours truly, culinary crossdresser, Franzi.

“Binnenalster” looking the other way towards the earlier photo spot.

And the elevator shot going from performance to rest.

Are you curious, yet, to lean about notorious St. Pauli? But first you have to see some arts with me at Hamburger Kunsthalle. Stay tuned, sign up as a follower, or follow Franziska on Instagram.

  1. Hi Franzi, I enjoyed your post and even learned a bit more about German rock music!

I think your outfit is sexy, yes, but also cute and makes you seem very young (but you are young anyway, am I right? ;-) )

I'm enjoying your trip to Hamburg a lot and am looking forward to the next episode. As I said before, everyone says it's a great place to visit so I shall have to make plans ...

    1. Hello my most lovely Franzi. You certainly do have fun out and about. My compliments on your lovely outfit. Something about long blonde hair and black boots/pantyhose. Very cool, I love it. For many of us CD girls showing off our legs is a big issue, in other words we really need to do it. I feel the same and that's why my skirts are pretty short and tight - my dresses too. I bet you got lots of visual attention as you wandered about. Cheers and love, Brianna

    2. Dear Sue, Thank so much for your comment and sorry for my late response. We were having friends over today. How lovely to hear that this outfit makes me look young. I am young at heart. To make me look young takes some work, and, apparently, I was doing a good job at it. I hope you looked up Udo Lindenberg, as he will make a showing - sort of - in one of the upcoming postings. Love, Franzi

    3. Dear Brianna, Thank you for your comment. I am happy to hear that you like my outfit and my legs. Showing off legs in a classy way is an art and I am not so often found trying to put my skills to test. Love, Franzi

  2. Die Tour kenne ich. Also Binnenalster, Jungfernstieg und so. Total schön. Und diesmal echt sexy in den Shorts und den langen Nylonbeinen. Aber das lieben wir ja...oder? Udo hätte sich sicher mit dir ablichten lassen.
    Liebe Grüße Violetta
